Royal Caribbean had a very complex problem with the launch of their newest ship the Oasis of the Sea. With 6,500 passengers per voyage and the length of 3 football fields, how do you find anyone, especially your family.

The App:
A work for hire project for Defi, Inc., Royal Connect was designed to allow cruise passengers to track and locate family and friends via the ship’s over 1200 WiFi hot spots. Also the application allows the passengers to text message or place a WiFi call to other members or their party, make reservations onboard the ship’s restaurants and spas, and keep up with daily cruise activities based on location navigation technology.
